		<description>To that list, I would add getting a Kindle or other e-reader to reduce the clutter of books everywhere (I personally have a library of like 200-250 books....way out control).  Books are a hassle to move and organize.  I might also suggest a bank safe deposit box for valuables and small firearms if you&#039;re concerned about people breaking into your apartment while you&#039;re travelling.  Finally, a UPS store mailbox can be a BIG clutter reducer, and they will toss your junk mail if you ask them to and pass on only worthwhile mail.  If you set everything up well, you can literally leave the country for 6 months at a time without your life back home getting out of control.</description>
